Uterine myomas are one of the main pathologies in gynecological consultations, it should be considered that there are multiple causes that originate uterine miomatosis. During pregnancy they can as they can not present complications, the myomas grow, are maintained or can decrease their size by the hormonal change that occurs during the gestation by the estrogenico effect that arises. The present work is based on a patient of 37 years with pregnancy of 38.4 weeks of gestation who arrives to emergency obstetric presenting pain in hypogastric type contraction of mild intensity more bleeding after vaginal of moderate intensity, by means of a Early obstetric ultrasound is estimated small intramural myoma, after the correct assessment of the patient is immediately decided his hospital admission because it confirms his labor. Alrededor de un 5% de las embarazadas con miomas se presentarán con síntomas y evidencias radiológicas de cambios degenerativos. El tratamiento para esta complicación es principalmente conservador, siendo uno de ellos la miomectomía ante parto sólo en casos extremos. Los miomas uterinos son una de las principales patologías en las consultas ginecológicas, se debe considerar que son múltiples las causas que originan la miomatosis uterinas. Durante el embarazo pueden como no pueden presentar complicaciones, los miomas crecen, se mantienen o pueden disminuir su tamaño por el cambio hormonal que se da durante la gestación por el efecto estrogenico que surge. El presente trabajo está basado en una paciente de 37 años con embarazo de 38.4 semanas de gestación quien llega a emergencia obstétrica presentando dolor en hipogastrio tipo contracción de leve intensidad más sangrado tras vaginal de moderada intensidad, por medio de una ecografía obstétrica temprana se estima mioma intramural pequeño, tras la correcta valoración a la paciente se decide inmediatamente su ingreso hospitalario ya que se confirma su trabajo de parto.
