Based on the fact that the crisis caused by covid-19 will suppose, due to its characteristics, a before and after for the tourist reactivation, this chapter applies a prospective look at the day before and there may be an after, that is, at new scenario that may be drawn once the activity of the sector is reactivated after its obligatory strategy plan to fight COVID-19. To do this, and based on some preliminary market research data that indicate possible changes, some scenarios are outlined based on three key variables: government policy, tourist behavior and organizational culture (of companies) and of citizens with their small great help. |
