Označite | Izvleček: | The research is of practical and functional importance at the local, regional and why not say so at the national level, the results obtained will contribute to the development of the MANILA PARK CENTER SPA, as well as for those complexes that encounter the same problems, considering a Service, to promote efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out its operations. Based on the fact that the crisis caused by covid-19 will suppose, due to its characteristics, a before and after for the tourist reactivation, this chapter applies a prospective look at the day before and there may be an after, that is, at new scenario that may be drawn once the activity of the sector is reactivated after its obligatory strategy plan to fight COVID-19. To do this, and based on some preliminary market research data that indicate possible changes, some scenarios are outlined based on three key variables: government policy, tourist behavior and organizational culture (of companies) and of citizens with their small great help. |
