To do this, and based on some preliminary market research data that indicate possible changes, some scenarios are outlined based on three key variables: government policy, tourist behavior and organizational culture (of companies) and of citizens with their small great help. |

Sobre la base de que la crisis causada por el covid-19 supondrá, por sus características, un antes y un después para la reactivación turística, el presente capítulo aplica una mirada prospectiva al día antes y puede que haya un después, es decir, al nuevo panorama que puede quedar dibujado una vez que la actividad del sector se reactive tras su obligado plan de estrategia para llevarle la contra al COVID-19.
