الملخص:The development of the research stems from the need for producers in search of zootechnical parameters in order to obtain adequate poultry production that is reliable and profitable in the long term, considering care from the hatching window of the chicks and their reception process, In addition to disease controls, stress that they manifest throughout their life cycle until their slaughter or distribution to suppliers. Clear and concise strategies must be presented according to the well-being and health of the poultry facilities, due to the pathogens that generally appear and are not corrected in a timely manner before the arrival or rearing of the chickens, in addition to reviewing the cleanliness of drinkers and feeders. before incorporating the lots, and food that is in good condition to avoid unwanted mortality. The low profitability of the productions is generally based on age and the degree of affectation that leads to not carrying out adequate care and having a moderate hierarchy, it is for them that the objectives used in this work are to investigate and analyze about the delicate uses of animal welfare in your companies or businesses. In this case, the objective of this investigation is based on associating the uniformity of the flock with the standards of care provided to the chicks from birth to achieve the appropriate zootechnical indicators.
