Firstly, an improvement is required in the selection and recruitment process, focusing on the precise identification of suitable profiles, more comprehensive assessments of skills and competencies, and structured interviews to assess the suitability of candidates. Additionally, it is essential to implement talent retention strategies, such as training and professional development programs, along with recognition and reward policies to motivate and retain employees. Second, internal communication needs significant improvements. Lack of effective communication can lead to misunderstandings and discontent. Establishing clear and two-way communication channels is essential to encourage feedback and strengthen employees' sense of belonging, identifying problems and opportunities for improvement more efficiently. Finally, performance management must be reviewed and improved, including periodic evaluations, clear and achievable goals, and constant feedback for employee development.
