Finally, performance management must be reviewed and improved, including periodic evaluations, clear and achievable goals, and constant feedback for employee development. Promoting a collaborative work environment and teamwork is also essential to improving the efficiency and quality of customer service. “Su Kasa” must focus on a more rigorous selection process, effective internal communication and improved performance management to meet its challenges in human talent management and achieve organizational success.
