These limitations generate problems such as the loss of documents, delays in procedures, and risks associated with the privacy of the information. Through a descriptive and deductive methodological approach, data was collected through surveys and interviews with users and notary staff, revealing the pressing need to update document management systems, strengthen data protection, and develop continuous training programs. The recommendations include the implementation of advanced technologies, security measures aligned with legal regulations, and strategies to improve customer satisfaction, with the aim of optimizing the quality of service and strengthening trust in the notary. |
