The recommendations include the implementation of advanced technologies, security measures aligned with legal regulations, and strategies to improve customer satisfaction, with the aim of optimizing the quality of service and strengthening trust in the notary. |

En cual se identificaron deficiencias que llaman la atención en cuanto a los procesos administrativos, entre estás se encuentran la dependencia de sistemas manuales, la falta de protocolos de seguridad firmes y la falta de capacitación del personal. Estas limitaciones generan problemas como la pérdida de documentos, demoras en los trámites, y riesgos asociados a la privacidad de la información. A través de un enfoque metodológico descriptivo y deductivo, se recopilaron datos mediante encuestas y entrevistas a los usuarios y el personal de la notaría, revelando la necesidad apremiante de actualizar los sistemas de gestión documental, reforzar la protección de datos, y desarrollar programas de formación continua.
