Gestión financiera del Comercial Morán períodos 2019 - 2020

This case study covers the problem that exists in The Commercial Moran, it will be analyzed by financial analysis in the periods 2019 – 2020, as well as the financial indicators will be analyzed, these will allow to know how the situation of the company is in the periods indicated. Companies large, medium or small need to carry out adequate financial management, it will allow them to make short- and long-term decisions, decisions that will help the company get out of a situation whether it is critical or simply to improve its liquidity. The objective of this case study is based on financial management and how it influences the profitability of Commercial Moran. Currently every business, however small, is obliged to implement financial management, this will generate the desired success maximizing its resources in the short or long term. This case study was carried out using the research method as the inductive method, to carry out the corresponding analyses and the application of research techniques of observation and collection of financial data of Commercial Moran, located in the canton Vince’s.
