The results that were achieved are similar to the problem raised, in this way I can reach a final diagnosis of the patient with mild anxiety, which has caused problems to function normally, a therapeutic scheme was used so that thus the identified patient can improve his life condition.En este presente trabajo de investigación con el tema “ ANSIEDAD Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL DESEMPEÑO LABORAL DE UN TRABAJADOR DEL HOSPITAL ALFREDO NOBOA MONTENEGRO DE GUARANDA (BOLÍVAR) EN ÉPOCA DE COVID-19” con el fin de poder identificar cual es el nivel de ansiedad que presenta el paciente para que pueda desarrollarse de una mejor manera en su trabajo, por otro lado toda la información recabada ha sido por medio de los instrumentos psicológicos como son, la entrevista, historia clínica y test de ansiedad (Hamilton).
