Sistema de gestión de aprovisionamiento en la Microempresa Táctical Garments de la ciudad de Babahoyo en el año 2020

The case study was carried out at the Tactical Garments company in the city of Babahoyo; institution dedicated to the manufacture and sale of clothing, footwear, equipment and other tactical accessories for law enforcement agencies. In the administration there are significant drawbacks in the supply chain, which has generated unsatisfied demand for products and loss of market share. For this reason, the objective is to analyze the supply management system of the institution under study for the period 2020. The methodology is structured as follows: descriptive scope, which allowed the narration of the main identified study phenomena; It has a qualitative approach, with the types of field and documentary research, which contributed with the collection of important data on the premise of the study; deductive and inductive methods, which facilitated the detailed analysis of the proposed variable. The applied technique is the interview, which helped to identify the following findings: the human talent of the organization does not apply an adequate inventory control, which has caused that there is no level of stocks of raw materials and finished products for the fulfillment of the contracted commercial contracts. Supply logistics suffered the onslaught of the health crisis as a result of the Covid -19 pandemic, which conditioned the importation of security equipment and implements. The delivery of the products to the different security companies and law enforcement agencies is carried out by public transport by order service.
