| Zusammenfassung: | SUMMARY The research was conducted in the poultry farm of the Faculty of agricultural sciences at the Technical University of Babahoyo, province of los Ríos. Duration of the test period of 49 days. The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of the supplementation of vitamins D and E in drinking water in the productive development of Boiler chickens. A design was used "D.C.A" randomized with three treatments and six replications with 60 chickens for treatment and 10 chickens each repetition, forming thus 18 experimental units and an overall total of 180 chickens. The comparison of the average of the treatments was performed with the Tukey test (P < 0.05 was used the statistical program infoStat version 2012.) We evaluated two levels of vitamins D and E. 0.20, 0.50 1.25 dihydroxyvitamin and tocopherols. The variables studied were; Consumption of food, average weight, feed Conversion, intestinal villi water consumption economic analysis. In productive parameters, feed consumption, body weight and feed conversion, we found no statistical significance. (P > 0.05). To 49 days of age of reached them weights of 2706.28 averages g. with levels of vit 0.20 (extent) vitamin D E and 2706.28 g. tiered 0.50. General half the length and width of the villi, at 21 days of age the chickens, had significance (P < 0.05) greater length reached T1 (1918.70 µ), being superior to the T0 (1830.13 µ) and T2 (1581.12 µ), and less width the T2 obtained (226.80 µ). Vitamin D supplementation improves the performance and health of the bird, metabolic and physiological parameters. |
