الملخص:The following case study we will describe the state of a patient atrial confibrillation being one of the pathologies with greater morbidity and mortality. This clinical situation constitutes a cause of hospital referral in a non-delayed manner, timely to perform etiological and pertinent study. Atrial fibrillation is one of the pathologies that increases with age, so its prevalence has increased in recent years which has been an increase in health expenditure. Atrial fibrillation is defined as a cardiac arrhythmia that is identified as a disorganization of atrial and mechanical activity. Elaborating this case study it was observed that the cardiovascular problems are the most prevalent in consultations in the health area this is due both to poor diet and poor knowledge about these diseases. The nursing professional must keep in mind the application of a care plan that is related to the patient's symptoms, allowing us to offer more appropriate care.
