Therefore is curius to know that the sedentary lifestyle in this age is considered as a factor that influence a lot when it talks about overweight and obesity. Is important to know that while this era the practice of physical activity is a healthy style that should be implement like something ordinary associating it with an adequate dietary pattern taht makes to get better and keep an optimal nutritional status for the age. the principal point of this investigation's project is to determinate the influence of the physical activity and feeding in overwight childs in 7 to 11 years old from the school Cristóbal Colón from Babahoyo time May - September, 2019. The metolodogy that used in this research is the quantitative cross-section kind, and in the descriptive way that chose 90 students that are around 7 to 11 years old. Through the results that we have respect to the physycal activity level we found out a high porcent of sedentary lifestyle and slightly level of physical activity that influence in the overweight and school obesity. It founds a frequent high porcent and very frequent fat consume very follow of a group of dairy foods, meat, and a low ceventual consume and not frequence of fruits and vegetables. Also, it could determinate that in the first group from 7 - 9 years prevailed the overweight with 64.71% and the obesity with a 35.29% that indicate that is low. Difference to the group from 10 to 11 years that prevailed the obesity with 65% ad the overweight with only 35%. In conclusion, through ours two variable regardless the studio we can realize that clearly the excess of foods from the fat group and the low level of physical activiy in the school are what takes to the developing of chronic noncommunicable diseases. |
