Sumari:The approach of this clinical case of a 42-year-old patient who came to the emergency room for a 3-day dyspnea, headache, thermal rise and Sat O2 in 72%, with a presumptive diagnosis of Covid-19. In this case, both invasive and non-invasive procedures for the patient are described in order to improve the symptoms of admission, method of diagnosis, treatment, discharges and discharges of their health status up to the date of the patient's medical discharge. In addition, all examinations and days of stay of the patient are included, including clinical data and history of the same. High-flow oxygen therapy in Covid patients is the first procedure that is carried out after the diagnosis, physical and semiological analysis carried out by the doctor, starting the process of therapy with oxygen in high concentrations through interfaces that allow administration of the same by the respiratory therapist.
