Samenvatting:The purpose of this case study is to determine how sales management influences sales levels in the premises. The development of efficient sales management is a fundamental requirement to increase the profits of any business. However, if the personnel are not properly trained, trained and motivated, they will not be able to market the products, nor know how to provide good customer service and this would be an economic loss for the company. Sales management involves different processes: development of products, customer service, marketing, planning and evaluation of results, are some of the areas that should receive due attention for the business to grow and have greater benefits.
