Influencia de la comunicación asertiva en la divulgación de información en medios digitales con los moradores del sector Los Laureles, cantón El Empalme, año 2022

Assertive communication is a fundamental skill for living together. This is one of the aspects that people currently do not know about the different techniques and benefits that they can offer. While digital media are largely used for the dissemination of information within the Los Laureles community in the El Empalme canton of the Guayas province in the year 2022. The objective of this study is to learn more about the different characteristics that present both assertive communication and digital media and how they can influence the lives of people in the sector. To obtain the necessary results for our research, it was necessary to carry out a survey interviewing the different members of this community, in this way it was possible to carry out this collection of information in a sample of 96 different people who are inhabitants of the place. Where very interesting results were obtained regarding the definition of the aforementioned terms, the number of hours that these people dedicate to digital media, the devices that serve as broadcast media or the different platforms (social networks) that are used to find out these news. For this reason, it is important to take these aspects into consideration when carrying out a study related to the dissemination of news and information today.
