Summary:The Rey Park tourist complex is located at Km 40 Guayaquil - Babahoyo between Yaguachi and Jujan, Tres Postes Campus, Guayas Ecuador, which offers its facilities as a recreational center for its visitors, in addition to internal activities such as administrative control and customer service management processes since 2000, as it is an establishment that receives the visit of many users who use mediations created and therefore have been able to see scenarios in which customer service has been considerably affected due to the number of visits of the same and internal factors due to the demand for agglomeration of them, now this recreation center, does not have a system to streamline the process of strategic planning control and agilite the company's own customer service management. Knowing that computer systems today play a considerable role in all types of existing organizations, since they streamline internal procedures and provide security in the handling of useful information for the company, many of the organizations are being affected do not pay the necessary attention, and give little interest to the management of systems, because they think that they are far from making use of technology. A fundamental technique for the company to progress successfully is to make use of the strategic approach, which is satisfactory when operated using technology and using a computer system that is capable of accelerating all company procedures in a successful manner.
