Based on the results obtained with the surveys, it was obtained that the 20.68% that is the pollution is considered to be the most latent environmental problem, while the 20.16% consider that it is the waste or waste that is thrown to the ground, 15.97% consider that it is the extinction of species so the ecosystem is constantly disappearing due to the poor care given to the land, 14.14% refrained from commenting because they have no knowledge about environmental problems, the 9.69% have noticed that water scarcity is becoming more constant, 7.59% stipulated that overfishing is contributing to environmental deterioration, 6.81% determined that logging is increasingly visible and that Little by little, the planet's oxygen source is running out of trees and 4.97% responded that the existing environmental problem is the presentation of the climatic changes that are bringing destruction in its path. What has been observed with the preparation of this project is that although it is intended to carry out tourism development, there are times when people are not willing to collaborate since they are very insistent on dumping waste on the street. which gives a bad and image accompanied by an environmental deterioration. The Municipal GAD of Quevedo did not have tourism as a priority, but it had been considered as such, and because the River Route has qualities that can be treated to become a tourist attraction that it has. It has been proposed to develop awareness campaigns to reduce environmental problems in the city of Quevedo and seeks to identify the authorities predisposed to develop tourism proposals to encourage the population to participate in these innovative ideas. |
