As results, it was possible to recognize that the events carried out give a positive change towards the establishments of the enterprises and artists, so much so that the majority of the participants are willing to participate again since they make themselves known and thus increase the visits of clients to their stores. establishments thus allowing the creation of jobs, which is why it is important that these events take place more frequently at Casa de Olmedo. |

El objetivo principal del presente estudio de caso es analizar el aporte de los eventos realizados en la Casa de Olmedo desde el punto de vista de los participantes; se pudo reconocer el gran impacto que tienen los eventos que se han llevado a cabo, brindando grandes ventajas para la Casa de olmedo y para los emprendedores y artistas de la provincia. Por lo que se propone generar un calendario para realizar eventos a futuros con el fin de aportar al desarrollo turístico del cantón Babahoyo. Las técnicas que se utilizaron en este estudio de caso fueron la realización de encuestas y entrevistas para poder reconocer diferentes posturas, contrastando la información de los clientes versus los emprendedores dando así lugar a las ventajas que tienen los emprendedores después de haber participado en algún evento social o algún tipo de feria gastronómica.
