Habilidades de comunicación asertiva de la secretaria y su aporte en las relaciones públicas en el centro de capacitación de alto rendimiento Albert Einstein de la ciudad de Babahoyo año 2022

This research seeks to analyze the situation that occurs in the Albert Einstein high-performance training center in the city of Babahoyo in 2021, determining how it is being carried out, at present, and what the efforts were in 2021. In this way, to make comparisons based on the information of the processes where the contribution of the skills and assertive communication techniques of the secretary in the public relations of this center is analyzed, through a descriptive investigation, with a qualitative approach, where The interview will be used as an instrument to collect the necessary data, where the questions will be open-ended, the results obtained will be analyzed to highlight the processes in which they have a lack due to ignorance and lack of implementation of strategies and tools, either by ignorance, lack of will or time due to work overload, on the part of the personnel in charge of the public relations area, then it is necessary to collaborate with the center r and make recommendations to improve and develop these management processes in order to strengthen the image of the center, with the aim of reaching and achieving the desired recognition.
