Izvleček:In recent years, Quevedo has become a benchmark for tourist attractions to be visited, its development and productive growth has influenced more investors to capitalize on projects that in the future are postulated as prosperous businesses with profitable profit margins. The objective of this research is to analyze the use of customer service strategies of the river route tourist destination in the city of Quevedo. The tourist demand presented by the canton has been perfected in a vertiginous way, due to its various natural attractions and tourist activities that take place on the river route. For the elaboration of the study project, descriptive, explanatory, analytical methods and types of research were used from a qualitative and quantitative approach, because it evaluates the data and characteristics of customer service strategies, concluding that it is necessary to apply customer service strategies. client in the ventures that are developed on the site such as training for the owners and collaborators of the establishments, kindness, empathy, incorporating technological services, creating profiles on social networks, encouraging tourists to feel attracted to visit the place.
