| Итог: | The case study on the work performance of human talent at the "Caracol" Health Center identifies the main risk factors that affect the normal development of internal activities, for this reason the objective of the research is to analyze how behavior, attitudes and weak internal control, generates influence on the individual and collective performance of the organization. The methodology used is made up of the type of descriptive research and deductive and inductive methods, which allow obtaining relevant information on the main findings detected in the research process, in addition, the techniques of the interview, survey, and observation, fundamental tools for the development of general conclusions. The results of the investigation express that the "Caracol" Health Center does not have an empirical management without the application of the planning, organization, management and control phases; It also shows weakness in scheduling appointments due to job profile problems in file management. It is important to mention that problems arise in human relations with users, which affects the working environment. |
