It is essential to highlight that a sustainable business involves not only meeting customer needs without harming the environment, but also operating in a socially responsible manner. |

Es importante destacar que las empresas de transporte urbano desempeñan un papel significativo en la sociedad, similar al de las empresas industriales o comerciales. En este estudio, se evaluó la gestión administrativa de la COOPERATIVA DE TRANSPORTES DE PASAJEROS EN TAXIS CACHARI mediante el uso de encuestas. El objetivo era comprender su situación económica para tomar decisiones adecuadas. Las herramientas utilizadas en esta investigación garantizan una ejecución eficiente de los procesos administrativos, facilitando el trabajo del personal. Además, se presentan propuestas para mejorar el crecimiento y la productividad de la cooperativa en un entorno competitivo. Se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la organización tanto a nivel interno como externo en el mercado de transporte dentro de la ciudad.
