| Zusammenfassung: | This case study describes the causes of the low levels of sales presented by the picanter "Los Piqueros" of the Vinces canton. The purpose of this case study is to show what factors directly affect the low sales levels of picanteria. Therefore, the problems that arise within the seafood products business will be disclosed. The methodology used to obtain and collect information were data collection instruments such as the survey and interview, which was aimed at consumers and the owner of the picanteria respectively. |
