Estrategias suplementarias con promotores de crecimiento naturales en la alimentación de pollos de engorde

In the development of this research based on “Supplementary strategies with natural growth promoters in the feeding of broiler chickens.” in which the objective was set to establish the main supplementation techniques in the breeding of broiler chickens through natural growth promoters and specific formulations. The methodology is determined to be based on a type of basic research, where it was developed under a descriptive-analytical approach, with a qualitative research design, in its development it determined the scale of production of broiler chickens in Ecuador, its nutritional requirement, growth promoters, their definition, which ones, and how they act. Finally, the main natural growth promoters and their benefits in birds were identified. As for the results, phytogenetics such as turmeric, black pepper, oregano, and garlic and thyme extract, have provided an enlightening insight into the strategies implemented by producers, in the first place, thus giving a more sustainable benefit in the diet of birds, with lower production costs, thus being able to serve those people who are concerned about foods of organic origin. In conclusion, the implementation of phytogenetic promoters not only favors the health of birds, but also satisfies the growing demand of consumers interested in sustainability and food safety; Furthermore, it is crucial to use them responsibly, following the guidance of professionals to ensure proper application and guarantee a high-quality final product.
