Education in Ecuador has had multiple changes necessary in recent years to improve the educational process, since one of these changes positively influences teachers and students to have the necessary tools to carry out a correct teaching-learning process. Effective and efficient, which allows that the previously established learning objectives can be achieved at the end of each academic period. Handicrafts in Ecuador is characterized by the dependence and struggle of the place where their culture and identity is developed, which reflects the personality of a people who with creativity of their handcrafted hands seek plasma and give to know in their decorative pieces their history to the world where numerous artisan workshops to improve the lifestyle, in the present day in the country have excelled a series of variety of crafts. Among the most important factors that affect learning teaching are decorative handicrafts to meet the need of many housewives, who seek the necessary strategies to strengthen the skills through theoretical workshops, in which they learn to develop porcelain crafts manually, in which it helps the housewives of the Barreiro Community Center in the learning process, and at the same time improve the economic conditions of the homes, in these workshops they will be strengthened in the forms of production, through the application of methods of education that facilitates understanding.
