Basic Education School Ratto Francisco Piana is located in the city of Babahoyo in the province of Los Rios morning schedules. This institution has 32 years serving the community. Knowing the impact of television on learning and student achievement, we can see that cause much harm students keeps them distracted long hours in an activity that brings so many positive contributions, making them forget their school activities.
