In the research methodology, access to Documented Information was obtained, the Clinical History and Psychological Report were used for data collection through the semi-structured interview, in addition to the application of the HTP Projection Test, Seapsi's Personality Questionnaire, where Characteristic personality traits were identified that satisfactorily influenced the diagnosis. During the case study, the presence of a Histrionic Personality Disorder was determined, fulfilling five of eight diagnostic criteria according to the DSM-5 and four of six symptoms. Treatment was proceeded through Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, obtaining favorable results in reducing the characteristic symptoms of the disorder. |

Se realizó, un proceso valorativo del crecimiento evolutivo en el ciclo de vida, la influencia de la familia y el entorno social en una de las etapas principales más conflictivas en el desarrollo psicosexual de la adolescencia. En la metodología de investigación, se obtuvo acceso a Información Documentada, se utilizó la Historia Clínica e Informe Psicológico para la recopilación de datos a través de la entrevista semiestructurada, además de la aplicación del Test de Proyección HTP, Cuestionario de Personalidad de seapsi, donde se identificaron rasgos característicos de personalidad que influyeron satisfactoriamente en el diagnóstico. Durante el estudio de caso se determinó la presencia de un Trastorno de Personalidad Histriónica, cumpliendo cinco de ocho criterios diagnósticos según el DSM-5 y cuatro de seis síntomas.
