| Zusammenfassung: | Introduction: Bullying is a phenomenon that has been going on for a long time, however, it is currently causing serious problems for education. Objective: To propose a model of educational intervention with strategies that promote in students the adequate expression of their emotions, coexistence and acquisition of values in the classroom, involving teachers and parents in this way to improve the teaching-learning process in students . Methodology: A descriptive study was carried out due to its radical membership in one of the main problems for the collection of information, it was carried out with 28 students of the seventh year of basic education of the “Yaguachi” school. Results: 39% of the students have been victims of bullying, 29% have received discrimination from their peers, 21% have been victims of verbal aggression, 7% for psychological aggression. For 71% of the institution's authorities do not sanction those who have reached some type of school, 100% of teachers believe that the school influences the student's learning process. Conclusion: Bullying has a negative influence on the teaching-learning process in the students of the seventh year of basic education of the "Yaguachi" school, teachers and authorities must create alternative solutions and corrections to avoid the high rates of bullying in this institution |
