| Streszczenie: | This project focuses on the development of marketing strategies to improve sales and customer loyalty of Comercial Guamán in the Vinces canton. The first part considers the description of the problem that has to be overcome in order to be competitive, taking into account its development. The second part basically consists of a situational analysis, to then formulate projected objectives based on the needs of the Market. In this way, the objective is to analyze the different marketing strategies in the Guamán commercial, in order to achieve the application of effective methods that benefit the commercial and therefore customer satisfaction, offering a higher quality service according to the needs of each person. One of the essences of marketing strategies addresses the identification of needs and transforms them into opportunities, in addition to being able to visualize the dangers that arise in the future, which combined with other important data have the main basis for a company to take better decisions in the present to exploit the opportunities and avoid the dangers and be able to perform as a true company that treats and cares for each of its members and attracts its customers and makes them fall in love to perpetuate them. |
