Gaia:At present, commercial management is a key point in terms of technology, implementing forms of marketing and the first thing that should be mentioned is that in many cases two concepts are often confused, computer security and information security. The ISO 31000 Standard is the international standard for Risk Management and is designed to be applied in any type of organization, whatever its sector and size, which helps organizations in their analysis and risk assessments, at LOGBAN S.A. The ISO 31000 standard will have the function of regulating and managing the existing risk, providing the necessary tools to implement all security processes at an operational and strategic level. This case study is under the research subline of the Systems Engineering career: “Intelligent software and hardware networks and technologies”; therefore, the purpose of this case study is to assess the risks of the infrastructure in the LOGBAN company based on the ISO31000 standard, the main objective of the research is to identify and evaluate the most important risks that affect the company's infrastructure. LOGBAN S.A. where it performs the activity of sales and export of bananas, agricultural inputs, etc. The result of this study shows the importance of the management handled by LOGBAN S.A., among other service companies, working together to ensure that their operations are carried out under terms and conditions, especially in the case of micro-enterprises.
