要約:Feeding pigs has a high cost for pig farmers and the use of comprehensive alternative feeding models is important, such as cassava yogurt, which is a feed that can replace the corn energy required by pigs found in the stage of growth and fattening. The use of cassava yogurt in the feeding pigs lower production cost by taking advantage of inputs that the pig farmer has on his farm. The general objective of this research was to establish a comprehensive alternative feeding model based on cassava yogurt (Manihot Esculenta Crantz) in pigs in the growth fattening stages. The research methodology was the bibliographic review information wasobtained from indexed journals universities, academic google bibliographies and other scientific articles. The nutritional value of cassava yogurt (Manihot Esculenta Crantz) for feeding pigs is in the contribution of cassava as crude protein, it provides 1.12% of wet base and as dry base it contributes 3.43% it crude fiber content is 1.44% it also contains ash at 1.30%, calcium at 0,05% and phosphorus at 0,04. Feed consumption kg/day on a wet basic is 09-05. The gain at 42 days is 827 g/pig; in the feed conversion, MS at 42-day kg/kg was 2.60. Producer cost reduced because 25 tons of fresh roots extracted from one hectare of cassava.
