El desarrollo del presente estudio de caso se realiza a través de la investigación descriptiva con la aplicación del método deductivo y la utilización de la encuesta como instrumento de recolección de información, los mismo que permitió obtener información precisa sobre la problemática presentada, el desarrollo de la encuesta fue muy eficaz al momento de obtener información porque guio claramente a la obtención de opiniones muy relevantes y necesarias por parte de los encuestados.
