Summary:The main objective is to determine how family relationships influence quality of life in patients with active aging and what is the importance of referring to the increase of citizens with diabetes and arterial hypertensive as it is a primary alert that they are the cause of chronic criminal illness (CKD). Knowing what the manifestations are, changes in the internal structure of families, trying to analyze and understand their meaning in techniques applied to knowledge of the disease and treatment in order to provide a better family lifestyle and psycho-social support. The poblation was taken from a morning shift from the Contigo of life Homodialysis Clinic of the City of Quevedo, where a semi-structured interview is administered that researches dermograph and psychological partner variables putting against the disease demonstrating the quality of life of patients with the implementation of the group and family therapy coping plan.
