| Резюме: | The present case study was carried out on the basis of a 36.5-week pregnant patient who attended the emergency area of the Guayaquil university pediatric gyneceous-obstetric hospital due to contractile type epigastralgia that radiates to the lumbosacral area of moderate intensity of more or less a week of evolution accompanied by expulsion of the mucous plug, a medical evaluation determines the patient with preeclampsia, it is important to mention that preeclampsia is a multisystemic disorder which is characterized by its appearance after 20 weeks of gestation accompanied of proteinuria, swelling of the upper and lower limbs with damage to different organs, the main liver and kidney damage being MSP (2013). It is of the utmost importance to act as early as possible because if preeclampsia is not acted on soon, it can progress to eclampsia which will be characterized by seizures and likewise eclampsia to a hellp syndrome which is of greater complexity than overpasses liver and kidney damage. It has generate a much more advanced damage to the body such as hemolysis and decrease the platelet count. Herrera, K (2018). In this research work, I reuse the methodology of observation and review of existing records, analyzing their clinical history, which helped us to develop a correct care plan through the NANDA NOC NIC taxonomies to carry out the adequate execution of our interventions. nursing, and thus achieve a satisfactory response from our patient until leading to a speedy recovery and reintegration into society. |
