| Crynodeb: | The thesis titled "Incidence of Family Functionality in the Vocational Guidance of 3rd Year Baccalaureate Students of the Educational Unit '29 de Agosto'" focuses on the crucial influence that family functionality exerts on the vocational decisions of third year students. year of high school. The main objective of the study is to propose a specific program aimed at these students to improve their vocational orientation by recognizing and addressing the influence of family dynamics on their choices. The research is based on a mixed approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to provide a comprehensive understanding of the topic. The Family Functioning Questionnaire (FF-SIL) and the CIPSA Professional Interests Questionnaire were used to evaluate the family functioning and vocational preferences of the students. The results revealed that approximately 50% of the families studied were in the "Dysfunctional" category, indicating communication problems and interpersonal conflicts in these family dynamics. In addition, it was observed that 40% of the students showed a strong interest in fields related to medicine and healthcare. Consequently, the thesis concludes by highlighting the importance of developing a specific program that recognizes the influence of family functionality on vocational guidance. This program provides practical tools to improve students' career orientation by addressing dysfunctional family dynamics, thus offering a solid and realistic foundation for their future career decisions. |
