Even new learning techniques are investigated to help in the motivation of students inside and outside the educational establishment. In order to implement this research work, the qualitative methodology will be used to identify each problem found through the survey, being applied to both the students and the teacher, taking into account that the teacher uses motivation in their daily classes so that students better grasp their ideas and teachings. According to the research carried out by (Armstrong, 1991), he maintains that the stimulation or motivation of human resources is based mainly on preserving the values of the group that culturally advance to a superior performance. According to (Collective of Authors 2004) the teaching-learning process has as its definition the mobilization of students taking guidelines from the teacher, to achieve knowledge, habits, skills to form a scientific base. Taking into consideration that the study is logically related to the teacher and students, the tutor-teacher must motivate, incite, examine the learning of the students so that they are able to participate and grasp the activities.

Taking into consideration that the study is logically related to the teacher and students, the tutor-teacher must motivate, incite, examine the learning of the students so that they are able to participate and grasp the activities.En el presente trabajo de investigación tratara sobre La Motivación y su Incidencia determinando el grado motivacional en el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes de cuarto año de educación general básica conformado por 34 estudiantes legalmente matriculados y 1 docente de la Unidad Educativa Emigdio Esparza Moreno de la cuidad de Babahoyo parroquia Clemente Baquerizo, enfocándose en la falta de motivación que existe dentro del aula de clases, observándose que el docente de esta unidad educativa trabaja con empatía y carisma priorizando el aprendizaje significativo. Incluso se investigan nuevas técnicas de aprendizaje que ayuden en la motivación de los estudiantes dentro y fuera del establecimiento educativo. Para poder implementar el presente trabajo investigativo se utilizara la metodología cualitativa, para poder identificar cada problemática encontrada a través de la encuesta, siendo aplicada tanto a los discentes como al docente, teniendo en cuenta así que el docente utiliza en sus clases diarias la motivación para que los estudiantes capten mejor sus ideas y enseñanzas. Según la investigación realizada por (Armstrong, 1991) sostiene que el estímulo o motivación de recursos humanos se basa principalmente en preservar los valores de la agrupación que culturalmente avancen a un rendimiento superior. Según (Colectivo de Autores 2004) el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje tiene como definición la movilización de los estudiantes tomando directrices del docente, para alcanzar los conocimientos, hábitos, habilidades para formar una base científica.
