| Shrnutí: | Multiparity in adolescents corresponds to a problem of family planning and little or no information and use of contraceptive methods for birth control that occurs in 40% of the patients interviewed out of a total of 113 pregnant women attended León Becerra Camacho Hospital in the city of Milagro in the 2017 period. This research project includes a cross-sectional observational descriptive study in which the aim is to establish the personal and social profile of multiparous adolescents, identify the risk factors in the target population of study and establish the consequences on the health of the adolescent mother and the fetus or the newborn. Within the study area it is evident that adolescents have or may have very limited educational or work perspectives that are why they mostly become recidivists after their first pregnancy. To solve this problem, a program has been developed that involves the health and education sector to transmit and train multiparous adolescents the use of methods for prior non-fertility and in turn the prevention of teenage pregnancy. That contains recommendations based on evidence for action and research to prevent adverse reproductive outcomes. For the data collection for the elaboration of the project, it has been carried out by filling in the data sheet focused on the target group, statistical data compiled from the Public Health Institution and bibliography corresponding to the proposed topic |
