Etiketle | Özet: | The study focuses on analyzing the management of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality management systems at Donatella S.A, a company located in the Guayas province during the 2023 period, and their impact on decision-making. The requirements of both standards were examined to identify areas of convergence and divergence, highlighting the importance of leadership, employee participation, and continuous improvement. Audit reports revealed positive observations, areas for improvement, and non-conformities, such as lack of integration between systems and deficiencies in staff training. In response, the implementation of an inventory management system that meets quality standards and contributes to cost optimization was proposed. It was concluded that improving integration between systems, training staff, and establishing a system for tracking and reviewing are crucial to strengthening the effectiveness of management systems and improving strategic decision-making at Donatella S.A. These recommendations aim to promote continuous improvement and excellence in management, enhancing the competitiveness and long-term success of the company in a dynamic and competitive business environment. |
