Through the study of the information collected from the multiple researches examined, it is deduced that for this product there is a commercially extensive market, due to the various nutritional benefits for health that it provides. In conclusion, we can say that in Ecuador this crop is planted in various areas and that farmers have acquired experiences based on their own means, but we lack new and better knowledge about techniques in agronomic management, as well as the opening of new export markets for this fruit. Based on these antecedents, it is suggested that producers request credit from public and private entities, in order to have another income option, also recommending experimental and scientific research through the production of this crop. |

Atravez del estudio de la información recopilada de las múltiples investigaciones examinadas se deduce que para este producto hay un mercado comercialmente extenso, debido a los diversos beneficios nutricionales para la salud que otorga. En conclusión, podemos decir que en Ecuador se siembra este cultivo en diversas zonas y que los agricultores han adquirido experiencias en base a sus propios medios, pero tenemos falta de nuevos y mejores conocimientos sobre técnicas en el manejo agronómico, así como de apertura de nuevos mercados de exportación de esta fruta.
