Análisis de requerimientos de una aplicación informática para llevar el registro y seguimiento clínico dental, del Consultorio Odontológico León, en la ciudad de Babahoyo

The research methodology that will be used to develop the case study is quantitative, since it will allow us to identify the characteristics of the current problems regarding dental clinical registration and follow-up at the “Odontológico León” office. The types of research that will be used are: bibliographic research that will contribute to the scientific foundation of the principles of requirements analysis and the management of dental clinical processes. Likewise, field research will be used, which allows us to collect information through the use of the direct observation technique that will allow us to know the current situation of the clinic. The line of research that governs this case study is Information and Communication Systems, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, with the sub-line of research Networks and Intelligent Software and Hardware Technologies. The development of a computer system in the León Odontológica clinic that allows to carry out the clinical control and monitoring of each patient and of each process carried out since it would directly help not only the administrative and medical staff but also the user or client to optimize time and money in turn.
