Riassunto:In the DialRíos Hemodialysis Unit it is not prioritized to attend patients with standardized procedures that provide a stay with quality and warmth to the users who go to the medical institution, where patients have to wait more than an hour to be treated or Failing to find attention shifts, since there is no efficient appointment scheduling, organizational weakness detected through the research methodology applied in this research, which is made up of deductive and inductive methods, type of descriptive research, survey and questionnaire aimed at identifying the main findings in the investigation, regarding the punctuality and quality of the service offered
