Description
Résumé:In soccer, specifically in sports training, plyometric exercise systems are applied to develop maximum explosive strength in soccer players in the shortest possible time, so that functional muscle-oriented work is able to develop through activities jump related. In this sense, the purpose of this research work is to analyze the incidence of a system of exercises in the development of explosive force in soccer players in the sub-17 category of the specialized soccer training school S by Vinces. The research presents a mixed approach, non-experimental - cross-sectional design and was descriptive and correlational; An intentional sample of 22 players from the sub - 17 of the specialized training school of Soccer S by Vinces was selected through a non-probabilistic sample. Two instruments were applied for data collection: interview (coach) and the vertical-horizontal salo test (measure the level of explosive force in the players). Poor values were obtained in terms of the explosive force of the players according to the scale used. , despite knowing that in training sessions the coach usually uses plyometrics as the way to work on lower body strength, it was also possible to know through the correlation of the Pearson statistical test there is a significant incidence of a system of plyometric exercises in the development of the explosive force of the players of the sub - 17 category of the specialized training school of soccer S por Vinces.
