These didactic strategies are intended to improve oral communication skills, foster meaningful learning, and promote inclusive education from the early stages of schooling.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar estrategias didácticas para mejorar el desarrollo del lenguaje oral en los estudiantes de Primer Año de Preparatoria de la Escuela de Educación Básica “Ángel Villamarín Ortiz”, ubicada en Isla Bejucal, cantón Baba, provincia de Los Ríos. Se identificaron dificultades significativas en la comprensión y expresión oral de los niños, lo cual afecta su rendimiento académico y su integración social. El estudio se fundamenta en un enfoque mixto y un diseño de estudio de caso intrínseco. Se aplicaron instrumentos como listas de chequeo y encuestas estructuradas para diagnosticar las debilidades del lenguaje oral y sus posibles causas. Además, se utilizaron herramientas estadísticas como el software SPSS para el análisis cuantitativo de los datos, empleando técnicas como el alfa de Cronbach para verificar la confiabilidad de los instrumentos. Los resultados revelan una variabilidad notable en el nivel de desarrollo del lenguaje entre los estudiantes, con un desempeño promedio que evidencia áreas críticas que requieren intervención. La propuesta se enfoca en la creación de estrategias didácticas contextualizadas que potencien las habilidades comunicativas de los niños, fortaleciendo su capacidad de interacción y aprendizaje. En conclusión, esta investigación aporta tanto teórica como prácticamente al abordaje de las dificultades del lenguaje en el nivel de Preparatoria, con implicaciones sociales al promover una educación inclusiva y efectiva desde los primeros años de escolaridad.BABAHOYOLCDA.
