| الملخص: | At present, a manual process is still carried out for access to laboratories at the Technical University of Babahoyo (UTB). Due to the volume of laboratories, the faculty of Administration, Finance and Information Technology (FAFI) is specifically taken into account in the area of Systems, which generates a slow course for Teachers and Assistants of laboratories, because it is based on a type of conventional lock mechanism that implies a waste of time at the time of entry and in turn does not allow entry control and automated exit since the registration is carried out by means of physical forms and in a written form the attendances and novelties for each one of the hours to be dictated for then the resources to be transformed to a digital medium. The present case study made a comparison of access control technologies to teachers and assistants of FAFI laboratories in the area of Systems which was determined to find the most optimal technology, by means of the executed survey, the best control technology was obtained. access the RFID system, which is efficient, friendly, fast and secure. By automating the access control with RFID technology to laboratories, rapid access is guaranteed, the presence of Teachers and Laboratory Assistants is verified in their work, since a disadvantage of the established schedules is avoided, and in addition You can access the information in a timely manner for permanent monitoring of assistance and observations, through automatically generated reports and compliance with established schedules. |
