Sažetak:In this final report of the research project will find information analyzed and classified, especially the importance and benefits of speaking a second language today and how reading is one of the methods that contribute most to this learning in a correct way, this inquiry was made in the Educational Unit "Diez De Agosto", located in the Montalvo city, in a documented manner makes clear the contributions made by the different authors who were mentioned and cited in the body of work investigative, the same that served to study the problem and verify that methodological strategies serve to promote reading in the English language. In the content of the final report you will find in detail the explanation of each of the variables that contain the subject and that were studied, and then determine the objectives that the researcher intends to achieve with this research work, backed up for greater credibility with the contributions of other methods already applied that gave good results to solve the problem that is also detailed in the document, was studied in order to find an attractive solution, through the creation of a proposal established in the final chapter of this report, with which teachers and students will be benefited, which consists in the elaboration of a manual, which contains strategies that can encourage the student to read in another language and strengthen their language until they become bilingual.
