The policy of the commercial company "Torres" is to market items for the home, of high quality and with affordable prices to the different economic estates, seeking to satisfy the needs and expectations of customers and seek to lead sales at the local and provincial levels. Among the aspects to consider is whether its sales capacity is ideal, its efficient credit system and recovery of collections is fast, how much time is lost for customers to pay, the requirements to endorse the prospectus of the company are known in the company. client in his credit capacity to fulfill obligations. The granting of credit allows a company to substantially increase its sales, considering that customers prefer to make purchases to pay in small installments within a reasonably determined period, that is why credit is a mechanism par excellence that increases their sales. (Arturo, 2014). La política de la empresa Comercial “Torres” es comercializar artículos para el hogar, de óptima calidad y con precios accesibles a los diferentes estamentos económicos, buscando satisfacer las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes y buscar liderar las ventas a nivel local y provincial. Entre los aspectos a considerar está si su capacidad de venta es idónea, su sistema de crédito eficiente y su recuperación de las cobranzas es rápida, cuánto tiempo se pierde para que paguen los clientes, se conoce en la empresa los requisitos para avalar el prospecto del cliente en su capacidad crediticia para cumplir con las obligaciones. El otorgamiento de crédito permite que una empresa aumente sustancialmente sus ventas, considerando que los clientes prefieren realizar compras a pagar en cuotas pequeñas dentro de un plazo razonablemente determinado, es por ello que el crédito es un mecanismo por excelencia que aumenta sus ventas. En el entorno comercial y su sistema económico, el dinero es el eje principal que da el giro a la empresa, en cambio el crédito viene a ser una promesa de pago que incluye interés, pero de una forma amplia, el crédito hoy en día viene a remplazar el dinero ya que las personas lo utilizan para la compra de un bien (Rusa, 2011).
