A nursing plan was planned according to the most significant needs of the newborn in order to verify if the nursing interventions carried out helped improve the newborn's health. |

A nursing plan was planned according to the most significant needs of the newborn in order to verify if the nursing interventions carried out helped improve the newborn's health.El presente trabajo se basó en el proceso de atención de enfermería de un recién nacido pretérmino de sexo femenino de 31 semanas de gestación con un diagnóstico clínico de síndrome de dificultad respiratoria, la cual es una patología muy frecuente en neonatos por lo cual se pretende clasificar los diferentes problemas detallados en el neonato para así poder realizar las debidas acciones de enfermería para mejorar su salud. El objetivo principal de este estudio de caso investigativo es aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería en un neonato con dificultad respiratoria por el cual se identifican las necesidades alteradas, corregir y rehabilitar al paciente mediante la aplicación de conocimientos, procedimientos e intervenciones de enfermería.
